Councilmember Oliver Thomas to recognize Pastor Andy Pellerano at City Hall for Service to Underserved Communities

NEW ORLEANS, LA — On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Councilmember Oliver Thomas was joined by Pastor Andy Pellerano for a press conference held on the steps of City Hall to announce One Accord Ministries' work and projects in underserved communities, particularly in New Orleans East, and to recognize Councilmember Oliver M. Thomas, Jr. Additionally, a Certificate of Appreciation from Congressman Troy Carter was also presented to Pastor Pellerano.

Councilmember Thomas and the New Orleans City Council will honor Pastor Pellerano at their meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
