NEW ORLEANS - Today, Entergy New Orleans (ENO) delivered documents related to Motion M-18-196 that called for an investigation into the use of paid actors during the New Orleans Power Station (NOPS) process.   

Simultaneously, the Council began receiving responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a third-party investigator to complete a report on the issue.

By Friday, June 15, an independent panel of Council staff will select from the responses to the RFQ. Once selected, the investigator will have 30 days to complete a report to the Council.

The documents received today, as well as any further documents requested, will be attached to the report released to the Council and the public at the close of the investigative timeline.
