NEW ORLEANS - Councilmember Freddie King is excited to share details about the leasing process and waitlist registration for the brand-new senior living community, opening in May 2025.

Leasing efforts for Riverside Retreat at Fed City will officially begin approximately 90 days prior to the anticipated grand opening in May 2025. To prepare for a smooth leasing process, they are currently establishing a detailed waitlist, which will transition into application submissions within 60 days of receiving the Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
