NEW ORLEANS - Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Councilwoman Cyndi Nguyen is taking her monthly Coffee and Conversation virtual. Coffee and Conversation was established in September of 2018 for constituents to meet with Councilwoman Nguyen and discuss quality of life issues in District E.
Traditionally, there would be one meeting each for New Orleans East and the Lower Ninth Ward, but this month there will be a joint Zoom meeting for all residents of District E to speak with the Councilwoman and District E team about updates, development, or quality of life issues in the district.
This month, Captain Michael Glasser of the New Orleans Police Department's 7th District will be a special guest to discuss public safety in New Orleans East.
