This ordinance amends the unclassified pay plan to change the title of General Counsel within the Ethics Review Board and to establish a new salary range. The new title would be Executive Administrator and General Counsel, which will be set at grade 109.

This ordinance amends the 2018 capital budget by de- appropriating bond funds in the total amount of $216,500 in the Department of Property Management (Criminal Justice Bldg. Repairs project) and appropriating bond funds in the amount $216,500 in the Chief Administrative Office (1% for the Arts project).

This ordinance amends the 2018 Operating Budget of Expenditures, transferring $40,000 within the Office of Independent Police Monitor from Personal Services to the Other Operating category.

This ordinance amends the 2018 Operating Budget of Expenditures, transferring $10,266,728 from surpluses in various departments to other departments to cover spending shortfalls. This ordinance is known as the “clean up” ordinance.

This ordinance amends and reordains Ordinance Calendar No. 32,461 (No. _____, M.C.S.), adopted by the City Council on November 29, 2018, relative to the levy of ad valorem taxes upon the assessed value of all property subject to taxation in the City of New Orleans. This ordinance adds the renewal of the levy of the Touro Bouligny Security District special ad valorem tax approved by a majority of voters of the district at an election held on December 8, 2018.

This ordinance amends the 2019 Operating Budget of Expenditures, transferring $214,508 from the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court (Other Operating Expenses) to the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice Coordination (personal services -$63,754; other operating - $150,754)to establish the budget for the Juvenile Evening Reporting Center and Electronic Monitoring Program.
