1. R-18-538  Resolution Establishing Rules for Community Solar Projects (UD-18-03)
The resolution creates the rules governing deployment of community solar projects in New Orleans including a proposed schedule for implementation and a schedule to receive comments on enforcement.
2. R-18-539  Resolution Revising the Council Rules to Allow Release of Whole-Building Data (UD-18-04)
The resolution amends the Customer Service Regulations to permit the release of aggregated whole-building date to building owners.
3. M-18-540 Dentons and Wilkerson 2019 Contract Renewal
A motion to extend the contract for the Council’s legal advisors through 2019.
4. M-18-541 Legend 2019 Contract Renewal
A motion to extend the contract for the Council’s technical advisors through 2019.
5. M-18-542 Bruno and Tervalon 2019 Contract Renewal
A motion to extend the contract for the Council’s financial advisors through 2019.
6. Presentation CURO Staffing Update
Erin Spears, CURO Chief of Staff, will discuss additions made to the CURO staff including a newly hired professional engineer.
