1. R-19-__  Resolution and Order Imposing Sanctions;  Directing Cost Protections and Other Modifications to New Orleans Power Station
The resolution imposes sanctions on ENO as a result of the show cause proceeding against Entergy New Orleans based upon the report of independent investigators filed with the Council on October 29, 2018.  Separately, provides for modifications and improvements at NOPS to improve outcomes and cost protections for ratepayers.
