1. Outage at Drainage Pump Station 7 During May 12 Rain Event
ENO will provide an explanation for the outage at DPS 7.

2. Update on Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station
In response to Chair Moreno’s letter to David Ellis, President and CEO of Entergy New Orleans, LLC (ENO), ENO will provide an update on the performance of Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station.

3. Hurricane Preparedness Presentation
ENO will present on their efforts to prepare for the 2019 Hurricane Season.

4. R-19__ Resolution Authorizing ENO to Authorize a Hedging Program for the 2019/2020 Winter Heating Season
A resolution allowing ENO to engage in gas hedging in an effort to offset possible increased fuel costs during the winter months.

5. R-19-__  Resolution on Proposed Settlement in UD-18-04 Whole Building Data
The committee will consider a proposed settlement that establishes implementation procedures, costs, and enforcement protocols.

6. Ordinance Calendar Number 32,593
The committee will receive public comment on the ordinance requiring owners of nonresidential buildings to measure and disclose the building’s energy efficiency performance.
