The committee will consider a resolution to approve the changes to the enforcement provisions for the community solar program (UD-18-03) submitted by CURO and the Advisors.

2. Presentation from Cox Communications

Representatives from Cox will provide an update in response to the information requested at the June committee meeting.

3. Discussion – Proposed Benchmarking Ordinance  

The committee will receive public comment on the proposed building energy benchmarking ordinance establishing an energy benchmarking program in New Orleans.
