   Entergy New Orleans, LLC (“ENO”) will present on recent reports of increases in customer bills.
    
4. Presentation – 2021 Mardi Gras Outage Investigation 
   The Council’s utility advisors will present on their investigation into the events surrounding Winter Storm Uri and the resulting outages. 
    
5. Resolution – ENO Financing Application
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve ENO’s application to incur additional debt. 
    
6. Presentation – CURO Report 
   Council Utilities Regulatory Office (CURO) Chief of Staff & Counsel will provide an update on CURO’s accomplishments, initiatives, and staff expansion.
