3. Presentation – Animal Related Outages
   Entergy New Orleans, LLC (ENO) will present on the outages experienced during the week of March 7, 2021. 
    
4. Resolution – Storm Reserve Securitization 
   The committee will consider a resolution to initiate a docket on ENO’s proposal to replenish the storm reserve fund. 
    
5. Resolution – Gas Arrearages 
   The committee will consider a resolution to reduce gas arrearages for residential customers. 
    
6. Resolution – Arrearage Management Program 
   The committee will consider a resolution directing the Council Utilities Regulatory Office to establish a working group to develop an arrearage management program. 
    
7. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,637 – Prohibited Campaign Contributions 
   The committee will consider an ordinance prohibiting campaign contributions from utilities regulated by the Council or entities with a professional services agreement with the Council or the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans. 
    
8. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,653 – Energy Transfer Geismar Oleins Franchise Agreement 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to permit Energy Transfer Geismar Oleins to maintain their existing underground pipeline system.
