3. Resolution R-22-___– Agreement in Principle between SWBNO and ENO 
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve the agreement between ENO and the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans related to the construction of substation and associated rates. 
    
4. Resolution R-22-___ – 2022/2023 Gas Hedging 
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve ENO’s request to implement its gas hedging program for the 2022/2023 winter season. 
    
5. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,741 – Toro Vertical Franchise Agreement 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to permit Toro Vertical to construct, operate, and maintain wireless facilities in the public right-of-way.
