3. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,741 – Toro Vertical Franchise Agreement 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to permit Toro Vertical to construct, operate, and maintain wireless facilities in the public right-of-way.
    
4. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,744 – LEED Ordinance 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to require all City office buildings constructed or renovated after January 1, 2023, to meet the LEED Gold Standard.
