3. Executive Session. Brief: Pursuant to La. R.S. 42:16 AND 42:17(A)(2), the Quality of Life Committee of the Council of the City of New Orleans may convene in executive session for the purpose of discussing the following litigation: Herman, Herman & Katz, LLC, et al. v. Edward Wisner Donation, Civil District Court, Case No. 2021-3420, Division D-12, Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott

4. Code Enforcement Apartment Complex Inspections. Brief: A Presentation on the Office of Code Enforcement’s policies and procedures for performing coordinated inspections of apartment complexes with code violations. Presenters: Representatives from the Office of Code Enforcement 

5. Family Connects New Orleans Framework. Brief: A Presentation on the New Orleans Health Department’s collaboration between local hospital systems to implement the Family Connects model of home visiting, an evidence-based model that provides one to three voluntary in-home postpartum visits to every family that delivers a baby in New Orleans. Presenters: Representatives from the New Orleans Health Department

6. The New Orleans Mission. Brief: A Presentation on the New Orleans Mission’s programs that provide emergency services to the community including shelter, meals, showers, clothing, GED classes, resumé building, medical, addiction, and mental health counseling. Presenters: David Bottner, Chief Executive Officer of the New Orleans Mission; Brandi Barocco, Development Director of the New Orleans Mission

7. CrescentCare. Brief: A Presentation on CrescentCare’s mission to offer comprehensive health and wellness services to the community, to advocate empowerment, to safeguard the rights and dignity of individuals, and to provide for an enlightened public. Presenter: Noel Twilbeck, Chief Executive Officer of CrescentCare
