   The committee has requested an update from the Department of Finance on the gas arrears payment authorized in Resolution R-22-144 
    
4. Presentation – ENO Billing 
   Entergy New Orleans, LLC will present information on the causes of recent bill increases. 
    
5. Ordinance Cal. No. 33,741 – Toro Vertical Franchise Agreement 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to permit Toro Vertical to construct, operate, and maintain wireless facilities in the public right-of-way.
