  2. Resolution R-22-362 – SWBNO Billing 
    The committee will consider a resolution requesting that the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans stop sending customers with delinquent bills to collection agencies. Additionally, the committee will discuss the companion ordinance, Ordinance Calendar No. 33,832.
     
  3. Update – Gas Arrears 
    The committee will receive an update on the on the gas arrears payment authorized in Resolution R-22-144.
     
  4. Presentation – Bill Assistance Programs 
    Entergy New Orleans, LLC (“ENO”) will provide additional information on the shareholder funds that will be used to assist with their bills.
     
  5. Presentation – Grand Gulf 
    ENO will provide an update on operations at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
     
  6. Presentation – District A Unplanned Outages 
    ENO will provide an explanation of recent unplanned outages in District A. 
     
  7. Resolution – Distribution Reliability Standards 
    The committee will consider a resolution to implement reliability standards for ENO’s distribution system. UD-17-04.
     
  8. Resolution – 2021 Integrated Resource Plan 
    The committee will consider a resolution to approve the 2021 Triennial Integrated Resource Plan.
     
  9. Resolution – Community Solar Rules 
    The committee will consider a resolution establishing a comment period for parties to respond to Madison Energy Investments’ motion to amend the community solar rules. UD-18-03
     
  10. Resolution – LURC Application 
    The committee will consider a resolution approving the use of the Louisiana Community Development Authority as the issuer of potential storm recovery bonds.
