3. Presentation – Unplanned Outages
   Entergy New Orleans, LLC (“ENO”) will provide a follow-up to the August 10, 2022 Joint UCTTC and CCS meeting regarding recent unplanned outages in District A.
    
4. Presentation – Bill Assistance Program 
   ENO will present on the bill assistance program launched August 17. 
    
5. Presentation – Grand Gulf Nuclear Station 
   ENO will provide information on the recent outage at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. 
    
6. Resolution R-22-392 – Renewable Clean Portfolio Standard 
   The committee will consider a resolution to commence a procedural schedule for ENO’s RCPS Compliance Plan for 2023 – 2025 (Docket UD-19-01). 
    
7. Resolution R-22-393 – Smart Cities (Electric Vehicles) 
   The committee will consider a resolution establishing a 30-day comment period for parties to respond to ENO’s Request for Approval of Public Direct Current Fast Charging Station Project and to Expand Access to Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Request to Modify Electric Rate Schedules. (Dockets UD-18-01 and UD-18-07)
