   August 30, 2022 Joint Utility, Cable, Telecommunications and Technology Committee and Climate Change and Sustainability Committee meeting
    
3. Resolution – Certification of Costs Related to Hurricane Zeta 
   The committee will consider a resolution approving the Application of Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s (ENO) for Certification of Costs Related to Hurricane Zeta (UD-21-02)
    
4. Resolution – Energy Smart Implementation Plan 
   The committee will consider a resolution to commence a procedural schedule for ENO’s Energy Smart Implementation Plan for 2023-2025 (Docket UD-20-02).
    
5. Resolution – Rulemaking 
   The committee will consider a resolution to open a rulemaking docket to evaluate energy efficiency, demand-side management, distributed energy resources, and other related programs.
    
6. Resolution – Storm Hardening 
   The committee will consider a resolution to provide additional guidance and set a new procedural schedule in the System Resiliency and Storm Hardening Docket (UD-21-03)
