3. Resolutions  – ENO/LURC Application (UD-22-01)
   1. Resolution R-22-438  
      The committee will consider a resolution granting modified approval of the Application of Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s (ENO) and the Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corporation to issue storm recovery bonds and adopting the agreement in principle. 
   2. Resolution R-22-437 
      The committee will consider a resolution approving the financing order required under LA RS 45:1228. 
       
4. Motion M-22-436 – Legal Advisors RFQ 
   The committee will consider a motion authorizing the Council Utilities Regulatory Office to issue a request for qualifications for legal services for utility matters.
