The Bureau of Governmental Research is a private, nonprofit, independent research organization dedicated to informed public policy making and the effective use of public resources for the improvement of government in the New Orleans metropolitan area. 4. Presentation from New Orleans Health Department highlighting a relatively new, advocacy-initiated response program for Domestic Violence awareness.  Presenter: Hope Levins, LMSW, Domestic Violence Special Projects Manager for the New Orleans Health Department

 

5. Presentation from Vera Institute. The Vera Institute of Justice will present its 9-1-1 calls for service analysis from 1/1/21 – 12/31/21 looking at why residents called 9-1-1 and what the outcomes were when police responded. Presenter: Will Snowden and Dr. Kim Mosby
