3. Utility Bill Assistance Programs 
   Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s (ENO) will provide a summary of the impact of recent utility bill assistance programs for low-income customers and for customers with gas arrears. 
    
4. Resolution – Storm Cost Recovery Procedural Schedule 
   The committee will consider a resolution establishing a docket and initiating a procedural to review ENO’s application to certify costs related to Hurricane Ida.
    
5. Resolution – Battery Storage Pilot Program 
   The committee will consider a resolution authorizing the ENO to launch a battery storage pilot program. UD-22-03
    
6. Cable and Internet Service Update 
   The committee will receive information regarding services in Orleans Parish.
