2. Resolution – Extended Reliability Supplemental Procedural Schedule 
   The committee will consider a resolution amending and extending the procedural schedule established by Resolution R-23-150 allowing parties to submit additional evidence. UD-17-04 
    
3. Legislative Grouping – Public Access Management
   1. Motion – Producer Positions 
      The committee will consider a motion to create two production positions to manage public access channels. 
       
   2. Ordinance - Public, Educational and Government (“PEG”) Access Support Fund 
      The committee will consider an ordinance to establish a PEG Access Support Fund. 
       
   3. Ordinance Cal. No. 34289 - Cox Franchise Amendment 
      The committee will consider an ordinance to amend the Cox franchise agreement to allow the Council to manage PEG access channels and programming inhouse rather than through a third party.
