An ordinance to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a Second Amendment to a previously executed Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of New Orleans and the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority, relative to the public purpose of enhancing the Convention Center area in order to attract tourists to the City, promote community and economic development, and create new opportunities and amenities for residents, to modify the provisions thereof, as more fully set forth in the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement form attached hereto as Exhibit “1”; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
