4. Presentation – Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (“BEAD”) Program 
   The Office of Information Technology and Innovation will present on the BEAD Program and efforts to improve internet access and service in New Orleans.
    
5. Executive Session 
   Executive Session to Discuss the Following Litigation: 
   Samantha Hignell-Stark; White Spider Rental Concierge, LLC; Russel Frank; Samantha and Bob McRaney; and Jimmie Taylor v. City of New Orleans, Civ. Action No. 19-cv-13773, consolidated with Kurt Klebe v. City of New Orleans, Civ. Action No. 22-2991, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle
