2. Approval of the minutes of the September 25, 2023 Community Development Committee meeting

Consideration whether to recommend approval and execution of a contract in accordance with Council Rule 57 – Memorandum of Understanding between the City of New Orleans and the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command for the City’s participation in the Army’s Partnership for Your Success program to enhance and support the City’s Police Department recruitment efforts, at no cost to the City, for a period of 120 months

4. Consideration of Ordinance Calendar No. XX,XXX – To amend sections 110-212 and 110-215 of the City Code to permit certain mobile foot, pushcart and animal drawn food vendors in non-residential zoning districts of the Vieux Carré; to provide for a lottery to permit additional vendors in the Vieux Carré; to establish a limit on the total numbers of vendors therein, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
