- Resolution - Customer Bill of Rights Review Procedural Schedule
The committee will consider a resolution to establish a docket to evaluate ENO’s customer service regulations and customer protection provisions in the Code of Ordinances.
- Presentation – Gentilly Resilience District Project
Representatives from the Stormwater and Green Infrastructure Department will provide a status update on the Gentilly Resilience District Project.
- Presentation -Sewerage and Water Board (SWBNO)
SWBNO will provide a report on the recent turbine failure along with the cause of the mechanical issues and estimated return to service date.
- Resolution - Energy Efficiency Rulemaking UD-22-04
The committee will consider a resolution to conclude the energy efficiency rulemaking (UD-22-04) and to establish benchmarks for reevaluation.
- Resolution – Financing Application
The committee will consider a resolution approving ENO’s financing application and request to issue new first mortgage bonds and debt securities.
- Resolution - Hurricane Ida Certification UD-22-05
The committee will consider a resolution to approve ENO’s request to certify storm recovery costs related to Hurricane Ida
- Motions – Utility Regulatory Contract Renewals
The committee will consider motions renewing the following as legal and technical advisors as well as administrative hearing officers for utility regulatory matters.
