5. Smart Cities System
a. Presentation from the Office of Inspector General concerning recommendations contained in its Smart Cities System RFP Report of Investigation and as  related to Ord. Cal. Nos. 34,507; 34,508; and 34,509 by Councilmember Moreno.
b. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 34,507 by Councilmember Moreno. Brief: An ordinance to ordain Section 2-8.3 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to require provisions in city contracts relative to cooperation with the Office of Inspector General; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
c. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 34,508 by Councilmember Moreno. Brief: An ordinance to amend and re-ordain Section 2-692 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to require additional information regarding outside business activities; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
d. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 34, 509 by Councilmember Moreno. Brief: An ordinance to ordain Section 70-11 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to require certain disclosures and prohibit certain activities in connection with city procurements; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
