5.  ORD. CAL. NO. 34,515 (Introduced December 14, 2023) - BY:   COUNCILMEMBERS GIARRUSSO, KING AND HARRIS (BY REQUEST) For Discussion and Vote

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 29270 M.C.S., which approves the New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Fund’s (NOTCF) proposed budget for 2023, to reflect the NOTCF’s updated budget of revenue and expenditures for 2023; and to provide otherwise with respect thereto.

Description:  This Ordinance updates Revenues ($7,459,989) and Expenditures ($7,459,989) for the 2023 budget for the New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Fund.

6.  ORD CAL. NO. 34,516 (Introduced December 14, 2023) - BY:   COUNCILMEMBERS GIARRUSSO, MORENO, GREEN AND THOMAS (BY REQUEST) For Discussion and Vote

This Ordinance amends and re-ordain Ordinance No. 29,272 M.C.S., entitled “An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2023” in accordance with the provisions of Sections 3-117 and 4-206(1)(f) of the Home Rule Charter of the City of New Orleans; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

Description:  This Ordinance de-appropriates $13,072,884 from CAO ($440,570), Property Management ($3,715,091), Public Works ($6,914,403) and NORD-C ($2,002,820).
