   The committee will consider a resolution to establish a procedural schedule to evaluate the joint application of Delta States Utilities NO, LLC (“DSU”) and Entergy New Orleans, LLC requesting authorization for DSU to operate as a natural gas distribution company.

3. Motion M-24-11 – Authorization to Contract with AT&T Corp 
   The committee will consider a motion adding the Council President as a signatory to Amendment No.3 to the contract between the City of New Orleans and AT&T Corp. in accordance with Section 70-10 of the Code of the City of New Orleans.
