2. Approval of the minutes from the January 22, 2024 Quality of Life Committee Meeting

3. Motion- M-24-64. Brief: A motion renewing a Professional Services Agreement for $7,125,000.00 over 3-years (January 1st, 2024 – December 31st, 2026). This is an annual $175,000.00 increase in general funds from $1,900,000 to a total of $2,075,000.00 per year for three years in addition to $900,000.00 in Federal grant funding in order to provide a mobile crisis outreach team, also known as the Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU).
