M-24-85 - BY:  COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Adding the President of the Council as a signatory to the Lease Agreement between the City of New Orleans and 1615 Poydras Tower, LLC; and authorizing the President of the Council to sign the Lease Agreement between the City of New Orleans and 1615 Poydras Tower, LLC (Exhibit A).
