3. Resolution – Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans Appeal Manager Recommendations  
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve the Appeal Manager’s recommendations for appeal hearings completed during the fourth quarter of 2023.
    
4. Motion – Independent Monitor 
   The committee will consider a motion to approve a list of qualified candidates to serve as independent monitors for Entergy New Orleans, LLC solicitations for generation resources.
