Discussion and vote on Ordinance Calendar No. 34,636 Councilmember Green (By Request) – AN ORDINANCE to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of New Orleans (the “City”), Toole Design Group, LLC (“TDG”), and Safe Streets Research & Consulting, LLC (“SSR”), for a term of two (2) years, for the public purpose of developing enhancements to the Safer Streets Priority Finder (“SSPF”) as part of the City of New Orleans’ Safe Streets and Roads for All Program award, as more fully detailed in the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement form attached hereto as Exhibit “A”; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.

5. Presentation and update on RIDE New Orleans campaigns for equitable transportation – Courtney Jackson, Executive Director of RIDE New Orleans; Shirani Jayasuriya, Communications Manager of RIDE New Orleans; and Samuel Buckley, Policy Director of RIDE New Orleans.

6. Discussion on the Regional Transit Authority's 2023 Annual Report, the 2024 Capital Investment Program, and some insight into rider engagement efforts – Lona Edwards Hankins, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Transit Authority.
