   1. FERC Litigation 
      The committee will consider a resolution approving an AIP to settle dockets before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including matters related to Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. 
       
   2. ENO IRS Audit 
      The committee will consider a resolution approving an AIP regarding benefits related to an audit for tax years 2016-2018. 
       
   3. Distribution System Reliability   
      The committee will consider a resolution approving an AIP to settle litigation related to UD-17-04 (Distribution System Reliability).
