2. Approval of minutes from the April 22, 2024 meeting

Motion No. M-24-240: By Councilmember Thomas – Authorizing the Council President to sign the 2nd  Amendment to the contract with Legacy Professional Services, LLC for continued streetlight maintenance monitoring and program management services for the City's streetlight system.  The 2nd Amendment extends the contract another year through July 21, 2025.  Compensation remains the same annual rate set by the original contract $1,922,820.  Total compensation is now $5,768, 640 for the three year contract.
