2. Approval of the minutes from the April 22, 2024 Joint Quality of Life and Community Development Committee Meeting

3. Motion M-24-215. Brief: A motion Authorizing the Council President to sign the subrecipient agreement between the City of New Orleans and The First 72+ for an ARPA funded project that was selected through the Economic Mobility in Motion: Moving New Orleans Forward program. The First 72+ will implement its wraparound services and re-entry workforce training and entrepreneurship program for formerly incarcerated citizens. This is a three-year agreement with a total compensation of $500,000. Presenter: Courtney Stuckwisch Wong, Deputy Director of the Office of Economic Development

4. Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Fellowship Agreement. Brief: A multi-year agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy to place a Community Energy Fellow within the Office of Resilience and Sustainability. Presenter: Dan Jatres, Infrastructure Projects Administrator for the Office of Resilience & Sustainability

5. Hoffman Triangle 2024 Public Participation Geographic Information Systems Study. Presenters: Blake Satterlee, Director of Neighborhood Coalition; Madison Sencial, Project Manager for Neighborhood Coalition; Chuck Morse, Executive Director of Thrive New Orleans; Erin Hansen and Bailey Bullock, University of New Orleans students 

6. Recirculating Farms. Presenter: Dimitri Celis, Programs Manager for Recirculating Farms
