Thomas (By Request) – Adding as a signatory and authorizing the President of the Council to sign the Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between the City and Children’s Hospital New Orleans to add and implement a gun safety program, including the purchase and distribution of firearm safes and locks; to extend the term through December 31, 2026; and to increase the cost by $320,000.
