6.  Ord. Cal. No. 35,011 (Introduced 03-13-2025)

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 30,140 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025”, to transfer funds within the Office of Housing Policy and Community Development from appropriation 200 – Other Operating to 100 – Personal Services to cover administrative expenses.  Description:  This Ordinance transfers $100,000 from the New Orleans Housing Trust Fund (Fund 5155) within Office of Community Development from Other Operating (200) to Personal Services (100).

7.  Ord. Cal. No. 35,112 (Introduced 05-08-2025)

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 30139 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025”, to move grant funds within the Health Department from Fund 4405 to 4145, appropriation 200 - Other Operating to 100 - Personal Services for the purpose of delivering medication and medical supplies during a large-scale public health emergency; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.  Description:  This Ordinance transfers $32,778 from the Louisiana Department of Health and Human Services (FUND 4405) in the Health Department from Other Operating (200) to the Federal Department of Health and Human Services (FUND 4145) in the Health Department to Personal Services (100).

8.  Ord. Cal. No. 35,114 (Introduced 05-08-2025)

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 30139 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025”, to appropriate additional grant funds to the Office of the Mayor to purchase equipment and supplies for projects that are awarded on the FY23 State Homeland Security Grant; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.  Description:  This Ordinance transfers $8,600 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) in Grants, Contributions, and Fund Transfers (600) to the Louisiana Military Department (FUND 4412) in Other Operating (200).

9.  Ord. Cal. No. 35,117 (Introduced 05-08-2025)

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 30,140 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025”, ” to subdivide the “Other Operating” fund allocation for the Department of Sanitation, to de-appropriate monies from certain sub-divided categories, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.  Description:  This Ordinance deletes the Other Operating (200) appropriation in the Department of Sanitation, and transfers $71,242,723 to 200(A) in the Department of Sanitation (General Other Operating Expenses including professional services agreements other than for Sanitation Area 5), and 200(B) Professional Service Agreements for Sanitation Area 5.
