NEW ORLEANS - District "E" Councilmember Cyndi Nguyen and Mayor LaToya Cantrell are encouraging residents to attend a series of community meetings hosted by the Lower Ninth Ward Community and the American Institute of Architects. Residents will receive information on strategic initiatives for community-directed planning focused on the economic development and revitalization of the Lower Ninth Ward.
