NEW ORLEANS - Today, Councilmember Kristin Palmer released her annual report highlighting many exciting accomplishments, initiatives and community events from the past year.  In her one year report, she outlines landmark legislation and policies that have improved the lives of New Orleans' citizens.

"From 'Ban the Box' legislation to establishing new permitting and licensing standards for school buses, I have continued to be an advocate for good governance, affordable housing and enhancing our transportation system for every citizen in our great City. When I see issues within our City, my staff and I work tirelessly to find solutions. I am proud of our achievements, but I know there is a lot more we can do together. A huge thank you to my staff, fellow Councilmembers, the administration and community members who assisted in making this past year a success," said Councilmember Palmer.
