NEW ORLEANS - District "D" Councilmember Jared C. Brossett is partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank and Pastor Jamaal Weathersby to distribute prepared meals, grocery items, water and tarps to residents affected by Hurricane Ida at New Hope Baptist Church on Friday, September 10 at 2 PM.
The distribution will take place while supplies last, and no documentation is required. Drive-ups should enter from Simon Bolivar Avenue, proceed down Felicity Street to Reverend John Raphael Jr Way, and enter the New Hope Baptist Church parking lot.
